Registration by a vendor does not constitute any obligation, representation, or commitment by ASYAD or its affiliates (“ASYAD GROUP“) to procure any works/services or enter any business relation with the vendor. ASYAD Group shall -at its sole discretion- determine if it desires to procure any works or services from such Vendor, subject to definitive agreements to be executed between the Parties.
