Asyad Reinforces Its Role as a Regional Logistics Enabler Through Precision Packing of 33-Ton Aircraft Structure in the UAE
Asyad Group, the global integrated logistics provider, executed a complex, precision packing operation for an aircraft structure, underscoring its unparalleled capability in managing oversized and heavy cargo. This project was completed efficiently in preparation for specialized maritime transport, strategically demonstrating Asyad’s core expertise and robust capacity to deliver challenging, end-to-end logistics solutions for high-value assets.
The project involved packing an aircraft structure weighing 33 tons at Al Hamra Industrial Zone in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. A custom-engineered packing solution was used to accommodate the nonstandard dimensions of the cargo measuring 15.6 × 4.6 × 4.4 meters, with a total volume of 316 cubic meters, specifically designed to protect the structure from moisture, vibration, and marine conditions, utilizing reinforced packing materials and internal support structures to ensure the cargo safety throughout handling and long-haul maritime transport, in line with the highest standards of precision and safety.
The success of this complex project is a direct result of Asyad Group's strategic integration of meticulous engineering planning and robust operational readiness. It necessitated innovative logistical solutions and a highly disciplined approach to risk management. The precise coordination and strict adherence to safety procedures ensured the seamless handling of the cargo across every stage of the maritime transport process.
This achievement reaffirms Asyad’s continued delivery of advanced, high-value logistics services that enhance supply chain reliability and support the expansion of heavy industries and major projects across the region, further strengthening its presence through solutions defined by precision, innovation, and operational responsiveness.
